Review Bible memorization verses

Struggles from this past week, and/or areas of expected upcoming struggle.

Review: What are some things you’ve learned in your Bible reading this week?

Academic Stewardship.

What are the perceptions of in-person academics versus online?

What is our accountability to the secular material we study in a scholastic environment?

What is the Secular Culture of the Academic World?

What does Freedom versus Restraint mean on the college campus?

Apply these verses to specific situations you can anticipate encountering with regard to your accountability to academics:

Philippians 4:6-7 (New International Version) Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 (New American Standard Bible) All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

2 Timothy 2:15 (King James Version) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Colossians 3:23 (New International Version) Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.

1 Corinthians 10:23 (Amplified Bible) All things are lawful [that is, morally legitimate, permissible], but not all things are beneficial or advantageous. All things are lawful, but not all things are constructive [to character] and edifying [to spiritual life].

Philippians 2:3-4 (English Standard Version) Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

New Bible memory verse for the week:

2 Timothy 2:15 (King James Version) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
